Monoprinting is a simple first step in learning about printmaking. Monoprint means “one print.” We will be using the reusable Gelli plates as a printing surface to create all sorts of images from stencils, leaves, stamps and lots of different acrylic paints onto various kinds of papers. Some of your art might feel like a completed piece, others will be something that you might collage with later as you develop your styles and textures. It is an incredibly satisfying experience – with lots of play with color and textures, layering and loosening up to play and see what happens.

Price : 6,000 yen per person

Price includes the paints and paper and use of the gelli plate and brayer.
